1. Overview
FunnelOS is a digital software platform.
All payments made on this website are for digital services and subscriptions. No physical products are shipped.
2. Token Amount & Webinar / Demo Call Policy
In some cases, FunnelOS collects a token amount through webinars, demo registrations, or strategy sessions.
This token amount is used to schedule a 1-to-1 consultation call.
2.1 Refundable Token Conditions
The token amount is fully refundable only if:
The customer attends the scheduled 1-to-1 consultation call, and
After the call, the customer decides not to proceed with FunnelOS.
If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2.2 Non-Refundable Token Conditions
The token amount is not refundable if:
The customer does not attend the scheduled call
The call is missed without prior rescheduling
The customer requests a refund before attending the call
If the customer proceeds with FunnelOS, the token amount may be adjusted against the subscription payment.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
FunnelOS subscriptions may be offered as:
Monthly plans
3-Month plans
Yearly plans
Subscription activation happens only after customer confirmation, usually following the 1-to-1 consultation.
4. Subscription Refund Policy (Important)
Once a subscription is activated:
No refunds are provided for subscription payments
This applies to:
Monthly subscriptions
3-Month subscriptions (non-refundable)
Yearly subscriptions (non-refundable)
Renewals, upgrades, and add-ons
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind
Partial usage or unused subscription time
Lack of business results, revenue, leads, or outcomes
5. Subscription Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time
Cancellation will stop future billing
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the current cycle
6. Refund Request Process (Token Amount Only)
To request an eligible token refund:

Use the registered email ID
Mention the webinar or session name and the 1-to-1 call date
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time is 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway
8. Final Decision
FunnelOS reserves the right to verify:
Call attendance
Payment records
Eligibility conditions
All refund and cancellation decisions are final.
