Acceptance of Terms By accessing, registering, or using the FunnelOS website, platform, or services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. 2. About FunnelOS FunnelOS is a digital software platform that provides tools for business operations, including workflow automation, communication management, CRM, payments, and learning management features. FunnelOS is a software tool only and does not provide financial, legal, or business outcome guarantees. 3. Eligibility To use FunnelOS, you must: Be at least 18 years of age Provide accurate and complete registration information Use the platform for lawful business purposes only We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the Service. 4. Account Registration & Access Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility FunnelOS is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence 5. Services & Usage FunnelOS provides access to digital tools and features based on the selected subscription plan. You agree not to: Use the platform for spam, illegal messaging, or fraudulent activities Violate applicable laws, including WhatsApp, email, or communication platform policies Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the software without authorization 6. Token Payment & Consultation Calls In some cases, FunnelOS may collect a token amount to book a 1-to-1 consultation call through webinars or strategy sessions. Token payments are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy Token refunds are subject to call attendance and eligibility conditions FunnelOS reserves the right to verify consultation completion before approving refunds 7. Subscription Plans & Payments Subscription pricing is displayed on the website and may vary by plan Subscriptions may be billed monthly, quarterly (3-month), or yearly Subscription access begins after confirmation and activation All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or authorized payment gateways. 8. No Refund on Subscription Payments Once a subscription is activated: Subscription fees are non-refundable This includes monthly, 3-month, and yearly plans Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger refunds for the current billing period Details are outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. 9. Cancellation Policy Users may cancel subscriptions at any time Cancellation prevents future charges Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle No partial or prorated refunds are provided 10. Third-Party Integrations FunnelOS may integrate with third-party services (e.g., email providers, WhatsApp Business API, payment gateways). FunnelOS is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by third parties Users must comply with third-party terms and policies 11. Limitation of Liability FunnelOS shall not be liable for: Business losses, revenue loss, or missed opportunities Platform downtime or service interruptions Results or performance outcomes from using the software User misuse or misconfiguration of the platform Use of FunnelOS is at your own discretion and risk. 12. No Guarantees FunnelOS does not guarantee: Business growth Revenue, leads, or conversions Compliance approvals from third-party platforms Results depend on user implementation and external factors. 13. Suspension & Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if: Terms are violated Platform misuse is detected Illegal or prohibited activities are conducted No refunds will be issued in such cases. 14. Intellectual Property All content, software, branding, and materials on FunnelOS are the intellectual property of FunnelOS. Users may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without written permission. 15. Modifications to Terms FunnelOS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. 16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts. 17.
